Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie played four years at Tennessee State from 04-07. I don't think any juniors from any FCS/1-AA school have been drafted since the 1-A/1-AA split. Bam is gonna break ground in 2019.

Not sure about the legitimacy of this site or who runs it but: www.draftsite.com/nfl/player/darryl-johnson/33518/Take it for what its worth. Hope he's making the right decision. Praying he goes berserk at the combine and goes somewhere between 3 and 5.

Raiders will probably take him if he sits long enough.
Man I remember back in the '90s some junior receiver from Prairie View entered the draft early. I mean this was in the midst of their losing streak when they ain't even give schollys. I'll never remember his name but I'll never forget he did that mess.

I was definitely torn at first thinking it's too early. But after taking the emotion out, I can see how it makes sense. He has won multiple championships and won DPY. There's nothing really more he can show the NFL other than padding stats, getting stronger and bigger, and trying to avoid injury his senior year.
This hurts but much success to DJ. This decision has most definitely raised the bar of our program, as far as the caliber of players we are producing.

I think the success of Darius Leonard also helps DJ to get some earlier round looks that in years past may have not occurred. All you have to do is point to the previous MEAC DPOY and see the impact he's making in the NFL.

The Raiders and Falcons were on the sidelines the most looking at him. I still wouldn’t be surprised if we see Mayock, their new GM, in Greensboro this spring for our combine to look at Bam. They do have a history of drafting small school players regardless of their GM, and they are appearing to want cheap contracts to fill out their roster. The Falcons also need a pass rusher or 2 and so do the Bucs.

All you have to do is point to the previous MEAC DPOY and see the impact he's making in the NFL. Hargrave, Cohen, Parker and Leonard have all left marks on the NFL and all were drafted somewhere in the 2-4 rounds. It won’t be shocking to see him go in that range if he measures well. Most of the negatives I’ve seen about him is needing to gain anywhere from 10-20 lbs. they like his length and the fact he has multiple moves to rush the passer already.

His upside is too good for teams to risk letting him go undrafted and sign as a free agent. I mean literally all you have to do is add some weight and maybe some strength to him, and show him a couple of moves.
He's another all-pro in the making. He has a motor up his axx that is constantly running. Nobody wants to miss out on that.
