I might have missed someone speaking about #25 on his punt return duties. However, I must say that he should never, ever return a punt again as long as he is on this team. Horrible!!!

The snakes game against the Bulldogs is non-conference, they must loose to Bethune-Cookman (and we beat Central) in order for us to go to the Celebration Bowl If I am not mistaken, even if we lose to central.....we will still go to the Celebration Bowl if Bethune beats famu as there will be a 3 way tie with us bethune and famu all having 2 conf losses. Sent from my SM-G950U using proboards If we lose to Central it over as far as the CB is concerned . A&T will just have to wait on the FCS playoff invitation .

In any 3-way tie scenario, we win the tiebreaker because of OCC and D-1 wins over Jacksonville State, Gardner Webb, and ECU. If FAMU loses and we win, we go. In any event with Elon's blowout loss today to Towson at home, we're sitting pretty for a very decent playoff seeding if we win out and don't happen to make it to the bowl.

What's shocking is the outside shot Buddy Pough and SCSU has at share of title if they beat SSU and NCCU (make up game from hurricane) in the next 2 weeks and both A&T and FAMU lose next week.
We of course still get CB bid but that scenario completely destroys our conferences already fragile legitmacy.

Well Baker doesn't have to hang his head over his inability to handle punts, because those incompetent announcers kept calling him McCain. He can always claim that he didn't play.
Coach and his staff have got to do a better job in assessing the strength and weaknesses of players. Returning punts is not a strength of Baker aka McCain.

Elon has no football fanbase what so ever. Let's say what it is. Aggies would prefer to play Elon because it would be an easy travel for most of us if we decide not to host. Problem with the 1st round is that it is over Thanksgiving weekend. The students wont factor in to attendance.

If Elon loses this week they probably will not receive a bid.
