Was there anything about yesterday's game itself and broadcast that will influence 2018 recruiting other than winning and TV exposure? I have a couple:
1. Running backs will understand that Tarik was not an accident and any good running back can flourish in this system.
2. Defensive players will want to play in this defense.
3. Kicker will see that they may have a chance to contribute immediately.
4. There were good video clips and commentary about the history, research and academics at A&T.
What else? Anything that might squash the negativity about HBCUs from competing recruiters?

I think the stage ambiance of yesterday helps signifiganly recruiting against non hbcu FCS schools. Georgia has been fertile recruiting ground for us so this had to help significantly. I would expect us to sign another 4 to 5 players from Georgia this year

I think the stage ambiance of yesterday helps signifiganly recruiting against non hbcu FCS schools. Georgia has been fertile recruiting ground for us so this had to help significantly. I would expect us to sign another 4 to 5 players from Georgia this year I agree. It may even raise our profile in recruiting against some of the lower level FBS schools like Charlotte, Coastal, ODU, App State, Georgia State, etc. |

What impact did the first Bowl win have on recruiting for A&T? Did you sign kids that you probably would not have signed?

What impact did the first Bowl win have on recruiting for A&T? Did you sign kids that you probably would not have signed? Broadway said it made recruiting 'easier'. It probably influenced the transfers a bit. I don't have any specifics. |

I remember Elijah bell saying he knew who A&T was because he saw them in the celebration bowl. He is frim WV so I doubt he knew much about HBCUs. It's easier to get in more homes because kids recognize the school now. He did a wonderful job in the interview seems like a really good young man. This how you open up the door and gain access to other West Va recruits

Maybe ....But I am willing to bet 2-3 impact transfers begin class next month and will go through spring ball
