Does anyone know if the off season conditioning and strength training has begun? If so, what does it consist of and how many days are the players expected to train? I can't help but think about how Wake's qb and rb literally ran through our toughest players time and again. If nothing else our guys have to improve on strength and technique this year.

off season started Jan.3rd all weight lefting no running,they will start running in Feb.

Is there some NCAA rule regulating when off-season conditioning may begin?
Our season ended Nov. 20. Why did we wait to Jan. 3 to start our off-season conditioning?

Holidays and exams. Most programs not in bowl games or playoffs get started full tilt right after Christmas vacation. By rule, Only the strength coaches and trainers can supervise these sessions.
