Didn't see this coming. This will hurt. Our offensive line had some challenges last year and this will change the chemistry. This hurts.

Wow...that's an adult decision right there. I appreciate his time here and I hope he works hard enough to maximize his potential.

Huge risk, but if he thinks the grass is greener...

Big time loss. Tremendous risk he's taking. At least he's going into this with his eyes wide open.

Iowa state and Idaho..... nah not buying this. This is about Wagner getting fired and him worried about his future as a starter.
Wish him the best

We are hurting on the Offensive line...we were thin and now we are thinner. I hope we have some transfers that came in that fell under the radar. Our second string lineman will be very young and small.

That's about it in a nut shell 8-)That happens all the time in college Football Good luck to the young man 8-)As far as Iowa state They need all the help that they can get right now...lol That CB opened the door for a lot of A&T players to get a second look by Bigger D-1 programs 8-)But we will see what the future holds for this young man.

Our second string lineman will be very young and small. Yeah... don't forget about this young man: Daquan Blake (OL, 6-3, 315, Leavenworth, Kan., Coffeyville CC): The Aggies got stronger upfront with the signing of Blake. He can play guard or tackle. He played two seasons at Coffeyville Community College, so he will bring majority to the offensive line. The Aggies will return all five starters from the 2015 season, so Blake will also add depth. He is good in pass protection and moves his feet well. He played 18 games at Coffeyville. As a sophomore, he helped Coffeyville have the No. 1 pass attack in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference 336 passing yards per game. As a high school player, he played in the 22nd Annual Country Mart Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star Game as a defensive tackle. He also threw the shot put in high school. Also returning is Marcus Pettiford, who played as a true freshman and started the 2nd half of the season at RT and RG. While he's smaller than Best, there's no question that Pettiford was better athletically and more technically sound. To start at FCS level as a true freshman says a lot, IMO. And we also still have Wes Cole, who has a lot of experience at RT and RG, returning for his senior season. You never want to lose talented players. At the same time, you can't over-worry about players who've decided they want to move on. Our recruiting says that we'll be fine.

There are no guarantees in sports. I'd hope that he's doing what's best for him. Personally, I can admire someone willing to bet on themselves as he knows that he has to put in the work to earn a scholarship at the FBS level (If that's what he wants). Being at A&T unhappy probably wouldn't have been a good locker room situation either. He has to live with his choice obviously and not everybody comes in loving A&T the same.

Knew about this awhile back during the spring game. He's a good kid, but has not progressed enough to stay at this level. Will go west to make that happen.
Good Luck Homeboy!

I hope he gets picked up by a Power-5 school. That would be positive for A&T in the long run as more Power-5 schools are looking for more FCS transfers.

Westcoastaggie,
I dont think A&T or any FCS Program should be a farm team for FBS schools!!!!!!!
