Well don't be shocked if we see quite a few Georgia young men accept offers from us this Feb. I have heard we have been all over the place in Atlanta. I hope we landed some AAAAAA kids from Gwinnett County. When haven't A&T not had quite a few Georgia recruits ? It's the ones that get away in there own back yard and in N.C. that worries me !! We do have a pipeline of sorts to Georgia. It is the state with the most kids(8) on the roster other than NC. There are 24 out-of-state players on the current roster and they break down like this: Georgia - 8 Florida - 3 DC/MD/VA - 3 South Carolina - 3 California, New York, Delaware, Louisiana, Ohio, Virginia and Alabama - 1 each

I agree we should have more SC players on our team. SCSU is a good draw for talent, but let's face it...we got in our own way with some bad teams over the last ten years.
We are repairing damage in NC and with a winning program I'd expect to see more talent move our way.

Steat draws most of its players from SC, Jawja, and NC. There are a ton of FCS schools in SC (not to mention three FBS schools now) to compete against. Given SC's smaller population, the state is almost as over-saturated as NC.
We've never really had a problem getting cats from Georgia.
I'm surprised we have so few from Delmarva.
