Former A&T coaches are calling the office and are asking why no one has showed up for recruiting there high school players from A&T. these are coaches that played for A&T and now coaches in the high school system. School such as Dudley, Jacksonville, Southern Durham, and so on. The coaches had sent word to Small office with no reply.

The season didn't end until Saturday. A&T does not have a staff of 12 or more like 1-As. There are basically six full-time guys covering everything and that includes the head coach.
Don't worry they are all on the road as of this morning. the first group they must absolutely secure are the JUCOs - their signing date begins December 8th.

AGGIE ONE I"LL HAVE TO DISGREE WITH YOU ON THIS ONE. A&T DO NOT PRACTICE ON MONDAYS AND COULD SEND ONE COACH A WEEK TO DIFFERENT SCHOOLS ON MONDAYS. IF THEY WAIT TO NOW MOST OF THE BEST PLAYERS HAVE MADE UP THERE MINDS. THAT WHY A&T FORMER COACHES HAVE BEEN CALLING BEFORE NOW.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Small said they did some scouting during the bye week.

The way I interpret things, former coaches are not having their phone calls or emails returned when they contact the coaching staff. Atleast give a call back and say send me a tape. Continue to call and see how the kid is doing. That's showing interested.
