I'm with you. It's gonna be an on going process for us to stay above water (NCAA-wise).
No one can really predict the future but we need all components working together for us to get back on solid ground and get everything lifted and it stay that way.

I know what your saying but people can lift on their own without "practicing". Some athletes are naturally stronger and bigger and better than some. Yes, it would be great if we had more practice time but we don't. yes you're right, aggie2ru. guys can lift on their own. but guys won't push themselves as hard as coaches will push them. so its not quite the same as having your coaches there to push you. same holds true for conditioning as well. but my point really wasn't regarding weight lifting only. my point is that when you lose 33% of your practice time, you have to "sacrifice" something. something that you'd normally do won't get done. i have no idea what coach broadway sacrificed, but i'm pretty sure he sacrificed something and i think that's what frustrates him. he probably saw mistakes or shortcomings in the ccu game that wouldn't have happened had he had all of his practice time. whether it be physical conditioning, fundamentals, weight training, offensive execution, defensive execution, special teams, you name it. something had to be sacrificed, or broadway did everything the same except he did 33% less of it. either way he's sacrificing something. just like last year, i think we will gradually see improvement in our team week by week. had we played ccu on opening day last year (instead of vul), the score would've been much uglier than 29-13. but the further we go into the season, the less impact the practice sanctions will have. early in the season when you're just trying to get your act together is when you need practice the most. but in any athletic competition, if you prepare yourself 33% less than your opponents, you'll be at a disadvantage. a boxer who trains 33% less than his opponent will likely lose the fight. hail, if the b&gmm practiced 33% less than they normally do, we'd see a very noticeable difference in their performances too. as the ole saying goes, "practice makes perfect". and, lack of practice results in lack of perfection... OSA: your right on all your points Also I think that anyone would get Frustrated coach are other wise if placed under limitations You maybe be able to hole it in but it comes out sooner are later The man is human Some do not understand Every Minute Is Important down to the second in practices and PREPARATION time for a game. And trying to find that understanding medium will never be achieved ;D So just let it go
