Neither one of these teams looked like a first place team. Good day for the punt return team, Ricky lewis, and the defense. It was a bad day for everybody else. Im not upset at all. We are competing for 60 minutes and not laying down. We're a year or two away from where we want to be.

Special teams was the difference. Was the wind like it was during the Union/St Aug or Shaw game wherein punts went backwards? sheesh.
Kindle is really a Freshman QB. He will get better, and he took some blows. NSU was on him all day.

The 'Mighty 33' had a bad game and was still in it at the end.

Nah, this was a chance to claim first place in the conference, so to lose in the fashion we did is just embarrassing.
The entire offense except for Wallace Miles should apologize to the defense because they cost their teammates a chance to win a MEAC title this season. This was a piss poor effort on their part.
No moral victories.

I think it's a part of learning how to win as well, though. These guys don't really know how to win a game under pressure. I mean they did beat Morgan and BCU by putting them in pressure situations. But, we aren't a battle tested team. I would expect a team like SCSU to pull a game like today out...they SHOULD know how to win. The losses the last two weeks hurt, but you can't be but so mad. They just don't understand that they have to value the ball and make the most out of the opportunities afforded to them. We gave NSU the game, because we let them hang around. We could've easily been up by two scores but, we'll be fine.

He will get better, and he took some blows. NSU was on him all day. Special teams made a difference but it wasn't "The Difference", it was one of several. A&T's punting was really bad today and to top it off, the punter got yardage, punting into the end zone late in the 4th quarter, when he was suppose to directional punt it out of bounds in the red zone. Boy, the special team coach was irate! and "The Great Way" gave the punter a look of "are you trying to help NSU win this game?" It was cold and wet out there but it hardly rain most of the game, and both teams were sluggish on offense. My feet was numb from the cold near the end of the game.

I don't think A&T gave the game to NSU unless you put everything on the Aggies' last offense play of the game.
NSU is a strong and physical team. This is the main reason why the Aggies' offense wasn't consistent today. In fact, it wasn't about being consistent today on this cold and wet field. It was about making plays at the right time and A&T came up short, one play.

I have some questions out of curiosity. I am not trying to play football coach because I don't know enough:
1. Why is Kindle continually trying to pass down the sideline when he is not accurate, right now, with that particular throw? Is it him or the offensive coach that is calling for that throw?
2. Why isn't Ricky Lewis given a pass pattern as a running back instead of a slot or wide receiver so you can get a big mismatch?

You know I have only been around A&T football for the last 5 years, and in those 5 years, I have witnessed some of the most non competitive teams I have ever witnessed in sports. But this team is NOT like those other teams. This team competes as hard as any other winning team you might find. But while the team continues to try to figure it out, the fans are still stuck on those 4 years of teams they expected to lose. Winning like losing is a learned skill. Those past teams did not have a winning game plan. They were defeated before they ever stepped on the field. This team has a plan and expects to win. They just need to learn to execute more consistently. You don't go from loser to winner without so growing pains. I see vast improvements in this team. Count the penalties they got today for one. NSU came in with the best offense in the MEAC, and without 2 short fields, they don't score. Offense requires synchronization, and is more finess oriented than defense. But we are getting there. We have the MEAC' s best rusher, one of the best receivers, one of the best QB's and one of the best defenses. I can't wait til we get to FAMU.

Good game Aggies, just a few game notes. I don't look forward to playing the Aggies next year in Greensboro. My Spartans were playing without four starter on Saturday A lot bad coaching decisions thru out the game on both sides Good luck the rest the season Aggies.

You know some of you seam to think that we have a Championship team. WE DON"T we just have a team of players that play like champions with heart!! MUDABO hit it right on the head. You must remember that most of you have said that we would only win one or two games. WHEN I TOLD YOU THAT WE WOULD BE ALRIGHT AND THAT WE ARE NOT THE 9TH BEST TEAM IN THE MEAC. Some said that I was short of some Brain Cells lol (which may be true)lol. But the point is this "We have the MEAC' s best rusher, one of the best receivers, one of the best QB's one of the best defenses and in the top five in Total Offense " We are the less penalized team in the MEAC and we only have 33 scholarships . Yes I would like to win the rest of the games.Yes I would like to see us win the Championship, But as long as they continue TO compete with heart and play hard the rest of the way I'm cool with it. We are still in the Mix and with any luck we could end up Co-Champs ! NSU will lose again before the season is out. We have to Focus on the rest of the games we have. And let the rest play it's self out . We played NSU to a stand still and a dropped pass here are their was the only difference in the win. On the Special teams : Na that was not the difference in that game. It was like someone said "(The team with the lest Mistakes would win that game)" and that's how it played out. "When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all up hill, When the funds are low and the debts are high And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must, but don't you quit. Life is queer with its twists and turns, As every one of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about When he might have won had he stuck it out; Don't give up though the pace seems slow-- You may succeed with another blow, Success is failure turned inside out-- The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems so far; So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit-- It's when things seem worst that you must not quit." 8-)ROLL ON AGGIE'S ROLL ON

How do you know when your offense needs a huge adjustment (play calling and/or using other weapons)....when your only hope left is for the defense to cause a turn over and run it back for a touch down! That ain't right!!
