I watched the game on Howard's Internet TV and in my opinion we were;
1. Out Played 2. Out Coached 3. Out Penalized & 4. Out Focused
by Howard in this game. However, we did win the Battle of the Bands at half-time. Also, I will never complain about A&T's football announcers on the radio because Howard's TV announcer made me redefine my definition of poor sports announcing. They were very, very distracting from the game.
Finally, A&T's football team did have two days of being 1st in the conference standing and hopefullly this will inspire them to rededicate their efforts and get back to their winning ways. Go Aggies, Aggie Pride!!!!

I agree with 1,3,4. But out coached no . Coaching is like a chess game if you make the wrong move it's over. We made some wrong moves in over time and HU capitalized on them . That's just part of the game. But I'll add 2 because HU did make the right calls at the right times. As for the Announcer ( BEAVIS & BUTT HEAD ) Man I'll just let that go.

This was just a great game. Plain and simple
Disappointed with the outcome but you can't fault the players effort. We fought back from 13-0 down at the half to take the lead but Howard kept making plays.
Very exciting game and like someone else said, we still control our destiny for the MEAC crown.

4 more scholarships for the defense and we win that game easily!
You cant expect these guys to be world beaters 24/7. They played a great game with a few mistakes and with our limited schollys a few mistakes ring out louder than normal.

Believe me I don't jump into any board without having some background information. Unfortunately, there hasn't been much confidence in the program here. I have only 3 years of experience because my son is out there doing all that he can and we need to recognize the progression not the perfection and be happy that they are turning the program around...at least for now!

They were very, very distracting from the game. I don't agree with point 1 and 2 and I think the team may have been out of focus for the first quarter. All season, the Aggies have been playing as the hunter, this was the first game in which they were hunted. This is a difficult psychological adjustment to make in a matter of 3 - 7 days.

We were not out coached. Howard came in jacked up. We made halftime adjustments. I think our d was a little winded. Plus you think about it, we lost by a yard on the last play.
What about that touchback call? That was not the right call.
Sidebar: So many old school A&T and Howard alums stated this reminded them of A&T and Howard battles they use to miss. HU alums do not want to meet it-but they get alot (maybe the most) of pleasure out of beating us.

Man, the entire second half of this game was an ESPN instant classic.
Both teams left it all out on the field. I am proud of the way our guys continued to fight and make plays.

Now that the day of upsets are now complete a few things came to mind late last night as I watched FAMU knock SCSU at their hoimecoming.
1. One of three teams will win this thing, NSU, FAMU, or A&T. 2. We control our own destiny. 3. SCSU, the preseason favorite, although totally not mathematically out of it, is pretty much done for the year barring a miracle of circumstances because of the tie breaker situation after losing to both NSU and FAMU. 4. I believe we can, no we will beat NSU next week.
Our kids are tough both mentally and physically and with the exception of one or two strange plays and half a foot, well, my hat is off to this undersized and undermanned team for the way they fought through adversity for most of this game and showed what they are made of yesterday, the heart of champion.

Again I say to you: Yes their maybe some that have not shown the confidence in the program. But but to make a broad statement about us all is just RHETORIC and just not True! The majority of us back the program, Coach Broadway and his Staff in the new direction and Winning Attitude that they have brought to A&T. We all have and investment in A&T's sports programs. Some as ex-player,ex-Students and Parents. So having said that I must move on.

Man!! I feel ya!! Lol. I made a statement one time about a conversation I had with my son that played at univ of michigan about how white colleges fans support their football teams even if their losing. Man I CAUGHT HELL FOR THAT. LOL. The team will be just fine. We may not win the MEAC this year but we are in the hunt. I DON'T NO IF ANYONE HAS WELCOMED TO THE BOARD YET ?? BUT I SAY WELCOME
