tweet didn't really look comfortable when she shot the first of three free throws. it looked as if she rushed her shot so that she wouldn't over think. but it "clanked" off the side of the rim. she may have felt a little pressure. after that, it didn't appear that she concentrated very hard on the other two. if she had made the first one, she probably would have made the next two.
to me, our ladies' body language lacked the energy that morgan had. but its to be expected after such a grueling season. it was almost as if their bodies told them that it just couldn't give them maximum effort every single night. hopefully after the norfolk game, they'll have some time off to recharge their batteries. they didn't look too depressed after the game, they kinda took it in stride. i'm sure they wanted the win, but with the championship already wrapped up, it took the sting out of the loss. plus, they really did a good job recovering from that 10 point halftime deficit.
our ladies are gonna need our fanbase to provide an added boost at the tournament. hopefully they haven't burned themselves out after fighting off all of those meac challenges. but if we are to win the tournament, we're gonna have to match or exceed the energy of our opponents. that's where the aggie fanbase can help! we need to really, really encourage our folks to be there for our ladies at the tournament. i'm certain that a strong "energetic" aggie crowd would lift our ladies up to that energy level they need to win the championship. i don't know who's job it is, but somebody needs to pump our folks up and get 'em out to the ljvm...
