Over on Anygivensaturday.com, there is a thread of a person requesting copies of lyrics to fight songs for a D1 comp of schools fight songs. I couldn't help him since I could not find them anywhere on the net.
I would also like to learn this personally, along with the Alma-Mater, as well.
So if anyone could post the fight song lyrics, that would be great!

The words to the Alma Mater were written by Susan B. Dudley who was the wife of the 2nd president, James Dudley. and composed by Charles E. Stewart, a music professor here at "T."
VERSE I
Dear A&T, Dear A&T, a monument indeed, Around thy base with grateful hearts behold thy students kneel. We bless the power that gave thee birth to help us in our need, We’ll ever strive while here on earth all loyalty to yield.
REFRAIN
With joy, with joy, dear A&T, thy students turn from thee To spread thy trophies year by year from Dare to Cherokee.
VERSE II
Dear A&T, Dear A&T, the signet thou shalt be, Set by our great old commonwealth, proud boaster of the free She’d have the record of her worth on granite not inscribed Nay, let the children of her birth proclaim it by their lives.
VERSE III
Dear A&T, Dear A&T, henceforth our aim shall be, By precepts wise and deeds more sure to bless the State through thee; The arts of industry to wield against an idle foe A harvest rich from ripened fields or what thy students sow.

Contrary to popular belief, A&T has an official fight song, Old Aggie Spirit is the de facto Spirit Song of the University... but the lyrics are as follows:
Give Me That Ole' Aggie Spirit Give Me That Ole' Aggie Spirit Give Me That Ole' Aggie Spirit It's good enough for Me!
sidenote: it really is sad how many aggies do NOT know the simple lyrics to Ole' Aggie Spirit...they commonly sing Give me that "Ohh, Ohh, Ohh"...it makes me wanna go Joe Clark on folks...maybe its the pep squad kid in me...
Now the fight song that we do have written made its debut the game the band got new uniforms (I believe we played Hampton that game) any who...it didn't go over too well with the student body and received a quiet retirement (LOL). If i remember correctly, the lyrics are:
Forever we will vow our courage valor and might; For A&T will make our stand till darkness turns to light; Although we face adversity we'll emerge from the fight; Victorious With loyalty, Honor, and AGGIE PRIDE!

That fight song does sound a little generic but I bet if the band played it 50 million times a game, the students would eventually like it. LOL.

what was the fight song set to? if you used the right beat, the lyrics don't matter (like Soulja Boy).

I remeber that it was so random they were like and now for the school fight song. People were like when did we get a fight song. I remember it was Hampton it was the first time we wereon ESPNU
