Hmm no Thrilla all the attractive girls from last year are not on the squad this year, the returning girls I noticed IMO were the least attractive girls on the team last year. I must admit the make-up artist for Golden Delight is very good!

Well I guess I see why we only have 10 tubas... www.myfox8.com/videobet...acfcd14af9&src=frontCan't we get at least 15, we have so many nice bass lines on our arrangements we need that deep punch (i.e. velvet rope, corporate thuggin, etc) anyway i know these boys gone hold it down though. Cant wait til saturday. I've had to calm myselft down whenever i go by one of the middle finger u clips on youtubem, that songs gets me hype for anything |

An can anyone talk to the director an get em to bring back that "we ready" with just the tubas an the drums, that song will get the whole stadium hype and also the players, just imagine how intimidating it would be to the opposing team to hear the whole stadium screaming "we ready" bouncing around and getting the team hype, how many remember when we use to play that? What effect did we get every time? Its something to definitely look into. Another plus about it, is that its simple to play its like 10 notes at the most! |

lol "we ready".... Bill Hayes loved it when the band played that song. It pretty much carried the team through the 99' champ season. I remember him sending someone over to tell Dr. Hodge to play it when the FAMU game got close.( I believe his words were....." hay... Play that dam song"? It definately pushed the team/fans over the top. Even the reserve section was screaming " We ready! " That was the theme song for that season. I remember going up to Youngstown State and seeing their players gettin crunk when the band broke it out before kickoff. Then they took us out behind the woodshed and wore us out.

 well, i just hope the bgmm roll out with larger numbers than central this year 'cause i'm tired of hearing central proclaim themselves as the largest hbcu band in north carolina when that title has traditionally "always" been ours. ya know whenever they make that pronouncement over the pa, its directed squarely at us! them bama's...
