Good news.

Oh yeah. I don't know why I missed that. Good news. yeah, but my question is why didn't we sign him as a qb? according to his write ups, he definitely has the size and apparently the athleticism as well. maybe he doesn't have good passing skills or decision making skills. otherwise, why wouldn't we sign him as a qb if he's 6'3" tall and athletic?

Who cares.
As long as he shows on campus this summer, I am sure Lee and company will find the best way to use his talent.

When coaches use the term athlete they mean the kid can play other positions besides the obvious one they played in high school. It doesn't mean they won't play quarterback when they get here but they are capable of filling other needs if circumstances should change like an rash of injuries or non-productivity at another skill spot.

You can add one more new signee that was added on this morning -
Isaac Coulter, DE, 6-6,230 from Hertford High School in Murfreesboro, NC.
We had to do some late night fighting down east to pry him away from Coastal.

Aggieone, I believe this kids name is Ivan Coulton. There isn’t a lot of information out there on him but I like his height. I also see he doubled on offense as a receiver.

Coach called him Issac so I'll side with him for the time being. LOL
Coulter was 1st team all-Conference,and All-Region, runs a 4.8 forty. He had been recruited by NCCU, Norfolk, and Hampton as well.
The one thing that struck me right off about all the defensive linemen when watching film was foot speed. Lee believes in taking the App State/FAMU approach and has gone after speed versus big bodies on the defensive front. He needed pass rushers which you have to have to run a 4-3.
All these kids can run and probably 2-3 of them are actually already physically ready for college ball and are going to play as true freshmen.
The rest of Lee's recruiting will be concentrated mostly all Jucos and D-1 transfers from here on out. I think we got what we needed to give us a lot more options on offense in the future for the new OC to work with.

this is a highlight video? no long runs? i don't think he gained more than 10 yards in any of the highlights. sure hope this isn't the best of his performances or we've wasted a scholly. unless he'll be used as a fullback or somethin'...

now i think i know why fulton and lewis are listed as an athletes instead of a qb's. 'cause judging by kindle's videos, this kid kindle is the real deal! my fellow aggies, we've got ourselves a "real" quarterback! the first thing i looked for was accuracy under pressure and kindle clearly passes that test! dude is a true quarterback, pass first, run second. he doesn't appear to have "blazing" speed but he's fast enough to get out of the pocket and pick up big yardage. his passes were right on the money and he has touch! he doesn't rifle the ball, he puts the ball right where guys want to receive it. man, i really like his highlight video. don't know if he'll be able to step in and start as a true freshman, but i think it'll be his team in the future...

Kindle may not step in from day one as the starter, but I think he may end up starting later on this year, cause dude got game! Right now he's better than anything we've got already. I just hope Lee can get hire a good OC/QB coach for him.
