SC State and NSU will probably rotate on and off the schedule. We will play one of the two every year… Why not Howard occasionally? We play Townson which is close to the DC area

I think we have eight conference games in the CAA so we don't have the flexibility to keep all of our MEAC rivals. We keep nccu and no guarantees for anyone else. Our non-conference portion should be: nccu FBS team Non MEAC FCS opponent There no point in leaving if we want to fill our non-conference schedule with MEAC teams. Just my opinion. It is some fans that have demanded we play as many HBCUs as possible since we aren't in a HBCU conference. Makes no sense to me either but hey

I disagree. I think we keep another MEAC team on the schedule as much as possible. Our CAA schedule will be plenty tough from a strength of schedule standpoint. No advantage what so ever to playing another non-conference FCS. We can play SCSU in 2025 and beyond.

Our conference schedule is 8 games, leaving 3 OOC matchups a year. Either way, no more than two OOC HBCU opponents a year. Our players need film against FBS opponents in order to increase chances of being drafted.

I might want to alternate the Non-MEAC FCS opponent with an MEAC opponent, but I would lean towards an MEAC opponent and it being SCSU. I agree, if we are going to play an FCS out of conference game, I'd prefer it be an HBCU.

How in the hell we have away to away(2025) game to Furman. That was not a paid game to my understanding.

We don't show an FBS opponent in 2025. Who do we play? Hasn't been scheduled yet. I wouldn't mind playing Kennesaw State or USF. Why KSU? KSU is FCS as is SCSU. Comparing the two I would rather see South Carolina state for the appeal of the fan base . What was the head count at the game with KSU? KSU's fan base is known to be a fan base that dose not travel well . USF I can see if we are playing them at their home , then it would be a money game for A&T's program But playing USF at Aggie stadium would be a 50/50 shot $$$ wise . KSU in my opinion would be out of the question.

Atlanta and Central Florida are going to be areas we recruit hard going forward. Additionally, we recruit a lot of students from Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs.

Why not Howard occasionally? We play Townson which is close to the DC area dmv aggie alums will not turnout in similar numbers at towson that turnout at howard. we have "zero" history with towson and towson is actually closer to baltimore than the dc area. i think aggie attendance at towson for wbb is evidence that aggie alums in the dmv prefer howard over towson. we literally "packed" burr gymnasium whenever we played howard in dc, often having almost as many aggies there as bison. you won't see that at towson...

A&T has always recruited heavy in Florida & GA . That will not change anytime soon. A&T has a foot print in both states from the Top to the bottom. So playing KSU is not going to change A&T's recruiting process or presence in either state .
