Overall we are just terrible and keeping the fan base engaged and fired up to support the department, team and coaches.
I’m kind of over it right now…
What is the AAF national leadership doing? What is their role in all of this?
I believe the voice of the alums are not being heard and the conduct to the administration is missing the mark.

I've got some sound bites from the final press conference following the GW loss. Let me see if I can pull it up.

After that disastrous season, Coach Washington should have realized he needed to say something to the alumni and fans. And because he and AD Hilton have gone into witness protection programs, Aggie alumni are blowing up social media looking for answers and angrily complaining about a&T sports! No, Coach Washington wasn't obligated to speak to alumni but it sure would have helped. I'm with you there 1969. Since I don't believe we customarily have a postgame press conference, a media session the following week by Coach Wash would be a good look to put a bow on the season and speak to what you've highlighted. I do feel that the administration could do a better job with messaging and communication. Yeah, I think we need to have a press conference after our last game.

AAF must demand more versus just asking for money, what is the benefit of being an AAF member?

Hey...for all we know, coach Washington could have also been recruiting in the Atlanta area so somewhere in between Greensboro and Georgia. Or, are we in the period where it is not allowed?
I wanted to inject some positivity in this thread...

How many press conferences were held after the last game of a winning season?

They always have a press conference immediately following the final game of the season. But nothing is ever scheduled for the media the following week.

None, win or lose. Never have. Not even after four Celebration Bowl wins and one NCAA playoff appearance. The coach says what he has to say immediately after the final game outside the locker room that's been it. Folks complained all season that he didn't have much to say during the weekly press conferences and now complain he didn't have a final press conference for give a big rah-rah, shoulda-coulda-woulda, keep your chin up, looking forward to next year speech.
Remarkable.

Remarkable. Correct, exactly my point. This is par for the course. It has nothing to do with the type of season we had. We give a final press conference after the last game and football news goes into a hole for a long time. And yall talking about the man wearing a Celebration Bowl issued jacket.....SMH. Yall bored as hell, LOL.
