This is probably the only time I will get see the Aggies before the tournament, so I plan to make both games. I will probably miss most of the women's game Monday, but with it being MLK Day I'm hoping traffic will be light. I'm thinking about coming down for the AAF Winter Social, Feb 1st, when we play Norfolk State.

I am confident cause we not relying on one player in this new Aggie B-Ball look in the last 5 games ....Jackson had monster games so has Dre Jackson, so has Cleveland, so has Parker, so has Tyler May, so has Haygood That gives me more confidence as we have had multiple guys get on a tear and everyone plays defense. That 1/2 court 1-2-2 trap Coach Jones had them in Monday is a beast ....Like I tell my daughter don’t think you have to get a steal or a turn over ....the traps main purpose is to disrupt the other team offense and that’s how we blew out Del State Yep. And we're still not shooting the 3-ball well yet. Fred is scoring, but he's yet to have an efficient scoring game in these past 5 like he didn't against Kent St. & Wake Forest. Also FWIW... Norfolk beat Coppin 82-59 in Baltimore.

Coppin under Juan Dixon has played us tough. I wouldn't be surprised if they relish playing an up and down game against us. Coppin doesn't shoot the 3 well this year, neither do they defend well. And they are now down to 10 men on their roster. coppinstatesports.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster I wonder what happened because they looked vastly better against ECU.

Yeah, man. Ty was definitely a missing piece in the FAMU game. Dropping down from a 9-man rotation to an 8-man rotation is tough with the pace that we play at. With Ty, we're now rotating 4 guys at the 4/5 positions (Ron Jackson, Devin Haygood, Harry Morrice and Ty) who can run the floor and shoot the 3. The uptempo system we're running creates much better spacing because of everyone being able to shoot. Ty coming off the bench as a 6th man works because our 2nd unit is stronger. We probably have the most talented 2nd unit in the MEAC. And a lot of games are won/lost by the differential in play of 2nd units compared to starters. So more to watch there this weekend.

Ty Lyons was looking like a shell of himself 1 month ago. I was extremely disappointed in his play and was wondering why he was getting the minutes he was..... .....then the coaching change was made. I'm telling you, he doesn't even look like the same player (in a good way).
All jokes aside.....what in the world was going through Joyner's head folks? It can't be argued any further that there was a GROSS MISMANAGEMENT of this team under his helm. It really is upsetting to me....I sat through the UNCG game, Longwood game, and Charleston Southern game (and watched the Jacksonville game) just completely baffled as to what was going on with this team. And to see what we're doing now - there's no other way to call it but GROSS MISMANAGEMENT.

Plan to be at both Coppin and Morgan this holiday weekend! I would like to see Harry get more involved in shooting more 3's . i'm cool with that, but i just don't wanna see him get "stuck" out there. its great to have a big guy who can stretch the floor and shoot the 3, but i wouldn't wanna see a big guy like that forget where he's needed the most which is "in the paint", 15 feet in...

Indeed. He wants to repeat his high post spin cycle from last saturday.
