the more elon wins, the better we look. but elon still has ugly losses to james madison and new hampshire. plus, their overall record is still below .500 (3-4). however, they are .500 in the caa conference (2-2) which is one of the toughest fcs conferences in the country and that looks pretty good on their resume'...

3 of their losses are to us (top 10), JMU (#2) and Wake Forest. They could still get in the playoffs with 4-5 losses.

I'm just glad they didn't take a nosedive like some of the other out-of-conference opponents that we had beaten in the past.

I'm just glad they didn't take a nosedive like some of the other out-of-conference opponents that we had beaten in the past. Yea Like Kent State LOL Same could be said about Duke they holding there own. |

Kent State, ECU, UNCC, Gardner Webb, and Charleston Southern, and (Elon time before last) all took major nose dives the season we beat them. Jacksonville State and this years Elon stayed competitive with some nice wins. |

None of those teams listed as taking nose dives actually took nose dives. They performed as expected. They were all bad teams.
