Aggies Travel to Norfolk For Conference Game No. 2

The Matchup: The Aggies return to the road where they have been very comfortable playing over the past two seasons. N.C. A&T has not lost a road Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) since the 2016 season giving them eight straight road conference wins. Overall, the Aggies have won13 straight games away from home against FCS opponents.
Their road appearance comes after the Aggies received an extra two days away from competition after defeating Delaware State 37-0 last Thursday in the conference opener for N.C. A&T. The Aggies defense was again superb after holding the Hornets to only 100 yards of offense. DSU only rushed for 23 yards marking the fifth time in the Aggies last six conference games that an opponent failed to rush for 100 yards.
The Aggies have only given up 12 points in their last three conference games and have outscored their last two MEAC foes by a total of 82-0. N.C. A&T has won five straight conference games with all of those wins coming by double figures. Jermaine McDaniel led the way with 2 ½ tackles for loss.
