Im ready for football season to start. I hear all of your points none of them are good enough to sell your name for pennies. And if we are not be BB&Ts target audience they would not have came over there, and they wouldnt be hounding our students errday to open accounts And there is not an HBCU template. we don't have to do things different because we're black. I mean good greif. Its just basic marketing. I dont care if you are a retail bank corporate bank or a credit union. The basics still apply. No one on this board that is disagreeing w me can offer up an explanation of why the 1500 white people is worth more than 15k black people. So until that can be reconciled all of those points are mute. I trust chancellor Martin’s judgement in these matters...I’m not one to second guess the decision making of a man that has taken A&T to unprecedented levels of success. Honestly you have your point of view like everyone else and personally I respect it. Respect. I respect all opinions. We all love this school so much we wake up in the morning to argue over stuff like this And i agree. I have a superstar Chancellor and AD. Can someone please post an Elon prediction post..Im ready to focus on the task at hand.

Update: During the podcast I participated in this week, Turkin and Holloway mentioned something about the track being scheduled for an upgrade. I dont remember if they said a date when that was to begin, but I got the sense it would happen right after football season.
So there's that ...

Installation was delayed last year because of the extensive late offseason track schedule and contract/permit issues. The new track surface is scheduled to be installed right after the end of this football season/Thanksgiving holiday. Projected time line - 2-4 weeks to install. Did this happen? Has there been any updates on this project?

Just as an FYI. Truist Bank provided $25,000 toward the COVID emergency fund for students.
