I’m going to go there,,, Social ENTITLEMENT: There are many in our community who still don’t understand that at some point in our lives there has to be a transition from entitlement to responsibility. Most of us grew up poor and without assistance along the way we may not have been able to achieve some level of success but some of us still want everything to be free. It’s not. We somehow feel we are owed something. If we want to experience a Division I college atmosphere, we have to pay for it. And as we said earlier in thread, special programs can be developed for underprivileged fans. But for freeloading graduates, put your big boy and big girl draws on. Growing up poor is one thing but growing up poor with a poor mentality is an entirely different thing . You have a lot of graduates that have made the leap from college to successful careers but there mentality did not make the transition with them and you have non-graduates and everyday regular people that are successful in there own right . They may not have the degrees but they understand where they came from and they give back to there community . I know a number of individuals that live in the Grove and south side projects but they give to A&T on a yearly basis and will volunteer their time if needed the amounts may not be in the thousands but their contributions are consistent . I also know graduates that will not give one dime to there alma mater let alone volunteer their time but will show up at games freeloading off of the ones that are less fortunate . Growing up poor is not the problem because that is an physical state and can be over come; but growing up poor and ENTITLED is all Mental and can be over come if you are willing to change you way of thinking .

This will mostly likely increase our attendance figures inside the Game Zone. Definitely will increase our revenue.

You can thank the Republicans in the state legislature for those price increases.

Aggies don’t brawl. As a matter of fact I’ve never witnessed a drunken brawl at any HBCU sporting event. If it doesn’t happen at the tailgate it’s not gonna happen during the game. That’s how Aggies roll!
