My guess, that's close to a 200 percent increase during Martin's administration.

What I like to is the students want to be on or near campus. when I was in school, folks were itching to move off the yard, some of that was because housing stock was poor and low. Staying near or close to campus helps retention rates.

Yeah, the dorms in my day were like staying in the projects. They were cold, dark, loud and unattractive. And the dorm counselors were like undercover cops...lurking around trying to catch someone having fun.
