He probably does, but really trues and westcoast are the only two that have an issue with him. Well, them and the SSU defense and fanbase. Oh no! Don't lump me in with Trues. I have tons of respect for Carter. He did what he had to do to keep SSU out of the game on offense.

Well I like Carter's style of offense. I worry that he'll get hurt but hey this is football. This is the way he plays the game so stop judging him. This is the first time we have a backup QB that can win games for us. Stop complaining and enjoy the ride

Well quit talking negative about him that he is running the ball too much and that he is pathetic and the like. I have read more than 2 people being very critical of Carter on this topic. I have heard and read about others who were critical of him in the past. To me he is always ready and performs. He may not pass as well as Raynard but he has other skills and leadership qualities. He can run all he wants because sooner or later he is going to break 1 or 2. Carter gets about as much negativity as any other QB prior to Raynard finally stepping up to be "Raynard". I dont think he played a bad game, but the play calling could have been better. We did have a couple of fumbles. I dont like being negative after a win, so I'll just say "way to advance with the win" .

Receivers dropped at least 4 passes downfield today. Carter played well other than the fumble.

I actually thought Carter played as well as the playcalling, some guys just didnt make plays today.
But it makes you think about a Broadway-ism... "If you make a bad play, keep playing, if you make a good play, keep playing."

Ron Hunt has been slipping!

Carter drops them deep passes right in the slot. That's where he can really put the pressure on opposing defenses.

Hunt has a problem that needs to be fixed. If he is not going to be reliable, pass the ball to Lockhart. He is not as fast, but seems to have decent hands.

Time management, offense innovation and player discipline does not seem to be strong suits of this coaching staff.

To be fair, this is this staff’s first year and they are down two or three assistant slots from the prior year.
What any of this has to do with Carter escapes me but I’ll “run” with it.
You see what I did there?
