Time to move forward. We still can salvage this season into a playoff berth and victory. We can become the first MEAC team to win a playoff game since 1999. That would be huge! I agree with this BASED ON WHERE WE ARE RIGHT NOW.
But we still aren’t out of the running to get back to Atlanta. FAMU has a tough game this weekend in DC with The Cows, and then a game against a team that is not intimidated by them (BCU).But like DOOMS said, we’ve got to put the Spartans away first.

Howard is a small team. That's the first thing that pops out on the screen everytime I see them. If FAMU plays physical football, Howard will not be able to compete with them beyond a half.

Sorry guys, Famu doesn't lose another conference game. They have a 2 game lead on e everyone in the conference. Technically, they only have a 1 game lead on us but, since they beat us head up we would need them to lose twice and I just don't see it happening.

If they get upset by Howard, they are back in hot water going into their finale in Orlando. The records mean nothing.

I'm going out on the limb for this one Howard & BCU will beat FAMU .

I'm on the fence about CB vs the playoffs. I like the shine we get from the CB and the fact that it's a family affair at this point. However, I had mixed emotions about last year's team. I wondered what we could've done in the playoffs. This year's team is less than 6 points from still being undefeated. We may get to see how far we can go. If we end up in Frisco, that would be even better than the CB. We've won the CB twice. Nothing more to prove on that level.

Realistically, we have a better chance at the playoffs than the CB.

i don't see famu losing 2 either. however, its not out of the realm of possibility. both howard and bcu are "capable" of beating famu. in both cases (howard and bcu), its a matter of which howard and bcu teams shows up...

I'm not worried about anybody but us. We can only control how we do against the teams we play. We've lost to two hbcu teams and we have nothing but hbcu teams ahead of us. One loss was an unfathomable loss to a winless team and the other was when we controlled the whole first half.
I'm only concerned about Norfolk. If we're on this board Saturday evening cussing and fussing then we know the team was busy doing Chinese math too instead of concentrating on the next opponent and nothing else.
