I agree with the dropped passes. But If you really looked what was happening on offense, the OC called a pretty good game in the 1st half. It was just in the 2nd half we were shooting ourselves in the foot. We would move the ball with short passes and run plays, then BAM, false start, holding, false start, 3rd and 15 back in our own territory. Field position is gone now, defense back on the field, FAMU 3 and out, but wait, unsportsmanlike penalty, automatic first down. Washington pulls the player out for a little chastising, then BAM, he's right back on the field, and the rest of the team notices that the coach is only giving slaps on the wrist just to do it again.

The Team is missing that Heart Beat Type Players.Coaches Coach and Players Play.We cant leave Plays on the Field miss INTs and picking Up pick Up dumb Flags that Keep Drive a lives for the other Team . The Heart Beat players we miss TREY Scott, Caple, Smith ,Parker,on offense and Jermey Taylor and Albert on D.We have the players on this Team but its time to price it.AGGIE Born and AGGIE BRED. What you are highlighting is huge. We are missing leadership. The thing that set us apart from everyone else last year was just that. Broadway constantly alluded to the fact that his senior class policed themselves. Discipline was hammered into them day and night. This group seems to mouth the words but in actuality don't practice it. The lack of real accountability showed itself Saturday afternoon. 130 yards in penalties? IMO, Dooms is 100% correct. Our guys were more concerned with trying to be " I'm hood, ain't gonna be no punk, fake juice", especially with that pregame dust up that was totally unnecessary not to mention the mindless back breaking unsportsmanslike taunting call that kept their final drive alive. There is no excuse for this on-field behavior. We looked like a faux imitation of NCCU. I'll illuminate further later this week in my column. I'm just still just too pissed right now.

We used to do nothing but chicken......but if North Carolina A&T State University can't even run the ball??? Hell.....that's like KFC losing the 12 herbs and spices. That's like Coke losing its special formula. Running is what we are KNOWN for. We KEEP 1,000 yard backs at T. Our first two games we chalked it up to better competition. Not sure what we are chalking it up to now. But if A&T ain't in the top two in the conference in run offense then something is wrong with that picture. We are currently 4th. Barnette and Mattes need to pull it together.

Just wondering here, but ECU HC, Scottie Montgomery will be looking for work after this season, looking at his resume he has a history as an offensive coach, including a stint as OC at DUKE. Any chance he could be a possibility at OC for the Aggies. Mayne some inroads were made a few weeks ago in Greenville.
Just throwing it out there.

Well, now we running the ball like crazy. That being typed if we win out (and maybe even if we don't) there's bound to be a game where we struggle again.
In the meantime I'm gone sit back and enjoy the ride. Ain't nothing like watching our team just run over somebody.

I still dont think we have the personnel to just line up two tight ends and a fullback and run the ball down your throat.
We have to make teams first respect our ability to stretch the field with our big wide receivers ... and then run the ball when they take a few guys out the box.
If we just abandon Bell, Leslie and Wilson, I fear that our rushing attack will eventually bog down.
