Excellent job I see other way on the line but that good
The rb wr don't matter who is hot but lots of rotation
Qb is the key and I have a great feeling about him from the beginning little doubt one time to be honest but the second half til the injury til now it's been light out
Looking at the weapons we have if and we play good AGGIE Football 12 and 0 is a possibility
The great thing about your list is that we have three or 4 player that could step up big time

Anyways, excellent work with the depth chart. We should see plenty of 10 and 11 personel sets (1 back, 1 TE, 3WR/1 back, 4 WR) involving all the seniors.

As long as our OL can handle Jax State’s blitz packages, we should be just fine. We also have Cartwright as a release valve, catching passes out of the backfield now.

I project breontae Matthews (karate transfer) to start at tackle and Israel Spivey(3 star out of ATL) is probably our best freshman slot receiver. Higgins will probably play TE since he is 6’2/ 225 pounds.

Tevaughn Higgins will probably back up TE (but still play)
Breontae Matthews will probably start at right tackle
Isreal Spivey will probly return kicks
My bet is if all is well with Wiz Vaughn he gonna play.

Matthews is one of those guys who I have to physically see on campus before I can pencil them in on any depth chart.

I will never forget about the fairy tale that was 5 star JUCO running back recruit Alan Jones in 2001.

Also, there is no way Wiz Vaughn touches the field this year with all his legal drama. He will be lucky if they just let him redshirt this year and prove himself as a student athlete.

And yeah, Higgins will probably be viewed as more of a traditional TE than a slot receiver. He has a thick frame. I am going to move him under Leroy Hill.

I mean anyone that’s a 5-star player at a JUCO, only managing to land at an FCS school is a huge red flag.

I also would not have reservations over something that happened 17 years ago.

BTW: If Matthews does show up and win the starting job at LT, I think Pettiford would move to RT and push Keys down to a backup role.

I think Pettiford is too good not to start somewhere.

The way I see it, Dontae Keys will probably be your swing tackle and serve as the top backup on both the left and right side.

Matthews and Lagrone side by side could get real ugly for defenders.

Matthews should be a tremendous help on the line. He was a legit 3 start coming out of Suitland and was rated as Top 25 lineman in country after two years at California JUCO. KS State was probably not a good fit for him hut I also read he has his degree from K-State and with him looking for a church in G'boro are all great signs for him to play at a high level this year.
