Even the buzzards realized it was time to upgrade their brand images: We need to seriously start working on this or else we are gonna get left behind. NCCU alums and students are trashing their new academic logo.

The interlocking A&T is a recognizable brand...Michigan doesn’t change their logo and neither does Notre Dame or Ohio State. It is all about the product on and off the field.

Keep the walk-up gate to the back tailgate open for EVERY game. It's ridiculous to have to walk way down the block when your right there at the entrance to the back tailgate. Its my #1 gripe for the last 2 years. And for some games they do let you walk up right there and others they are like "nope, you have to go down there". Pisses me off every time. Hilton would not want to see me after being told I can enter down there and then get there and be told "They told you wrong, you have to enter back there". I be fuming mad! Yes Lawd ,i'm with you guys on this one , when this was started I waited over 45 minutes one homecoming to get in the main gate ,and everyone commented on the fact that not one single vehicle went through the other gate that we were told we couldn't enter . And the reason that they are using is they don't want pedestrians and vehicles going through the same gate ,but the same thing occurs at the main gate ,bull$h*t . And yes some games they let you in and some games they don't .

Even the buzzards realized it was time to upgrade their brand images: We need to seriously start working on this or else we are gonna get left behind. But Thrilla, All they did was change their academic branding from to We just started the "Aggies/Do" branding not too long ago plus the Interlocking A&T (Which was originally intended for Academics) seems to be used for athletics also, the dog logo that you hate has been made secondary. ....and also it looks like a hospital logo, I feel like im getting a prostate exam every time i look at it...

I hate the puffy dog logo too. Interlocking A&T is classic. I can see us eventually retiring the Bulldog face. But overall, the Chancellor is focused on branding and growing our social media presence. According to BOT notes, we should have another revamped academic branding to accompany "Aggies Do."

( Aggies Do ) is OK but Aggie Pride has stood the test of time . You can keep Aggies Do for me it will be Aggie Pride as will Aggie Born !

Academic logos, new slogans... these things come and go and hold proven long-term value in enhancing the net worth of the institution. The most recognizable brands are known for their consistent image that become iconic as the company/organization continues to innovate and expand keeping the logo means says a lot about staying true to your core values, which in the long-run is proven to be the most profitable narrative.
The thousands of dollars we spend to have someone else articulate to us our value, should be spent scouring the globe interviewing alumni and showing the extent of our name brand.

Time to revisit this thread. Have there been any new ideas about our path for the future? I think the conversation has to be about new conference affiliation or reorganizing the MEAC.

UNCG announces a logo upgrade:
Folks, we better get ready to ride this wave ... before the wave knocks us over. I hate that we are always playing catch-up when it comes to stuff like this.
Yall need to understand the meaning of strategic planning.
