Congratulations to 2017 A&T signee Kameron Langley and the Southwest Guilford Cowboys for making the NCHSAA 4A Championship by beating undefeated #1 seed Matthews Butler 61-58 on Saturday. Kam showed a lot of heart and smarts while coming back to play through pain. SW Guilford plays Raleigh Leesville Road at Reynolds Coliseum (NC State) at noon on Saturday for the 4A championship.

Can you tell me where we can find coaching..... Thank you! That is THE "question" of the day!!!!!! I'm always amazed at the assessment of players made by the experts on this sight. A&T needs to recruit some "ballers" that are at least 6-8 and above. The team is top loaded with mediocre guards. All the discussion about the coaching staff is fruitless. A wino on Market Street can tell you all you need to know about a program that is 3 and 30. And that will fall on deaf ears.

Yeah the elephant in the room currently isn't A&T's talent on the court but the talent coaching that talent. I love all these high school players coming to A&T to play for us but I just worry that they will end up on another Pizz-poor performing team. No matter what their skill level when they come to A&T, we owe it to them to give them a quality education and a quality experience on the court. The past 20 years and especially in last year, we have failed to provide that quality experience. No matter how much or little skills our players had this past season, I don't think they were given a chance to improve those skills on our team. I hope next season we do a better job for our players!

I have a strong feeling that our "supporters" are going to help the coaching staff "improve" the on the court experience.

I have a strong feeling that our "supporters" are going to help the coaching staff "improve" the on the court experience. If "our supporters" didn't "improve" the on court experience during this godawful basketball season, what makes you think it's going to be any better next year. I've spent over 40 years in banking and finance and one "truth" I live by...If the trend is going down year after year and you don't make a "significant change" it's safe to expect that downward trend to continue. Maybe I missed it but what "significant change" have we made to the men's basketball team? We're pinning our hope that these 3 transfers are going to significantly improve this team. And if you believe that you probably also believe Mexico is going to pay for Trumps border wall.
