Gainey and Turner are local kids. He has also offered a pair of local guards for 2017. Kam Langley SW Guilford and Jordan Perkins, Greensboro Day. They start in the backcourt together with Jalek Felton on the UnderArmour summer circuit.

I hope that he has enlisted A&T NUPE Reggie Perkins to help refer local kids.

FWIW... Gainey was at the last NCCU game. Signing Raymon Pratt from Smith was a good sign.

Hopefully the school will publish an article soon highlighting Coach Joyner's complete first season recruiting class.

I hope that he has enlisted A&T NUPE Reggie Perkins to help refer local kids. He offered my son, so that's a start..4 of them, Perkins, Gainey, Langley, Pratt, all played or play on our travel club, Team Felton, which is on the UA circuit. Tre Turner plays on the Nike circuit with CP3, so I can say that enroads are being made with the local talent.

If we can land Langley, he also has two younger brothers which could possibly put us in line to land them as well
