I want to check out Greenwood and the Black Wall St. memorial. You will hit 3 toll Booths along the way Here is a list of Restaurants, I recommend (Evelyn's 3014 N 74th East Ave - Tulsa, OK (918) 835-1212 call a head they get packed on the weekend) Big Anthony's BBQ 8151 E 21st St, Tulsa, OK 74129 Delta Café 4515 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74135 Sweet Lisa's Café 782 E Pine St, Tulsa, OK 74106 Full Moon Café for your Jazz. I know the both of the Aggie Clubs in Ohio are planning to be at the Kent State game. I'm going to be emailing Hilton soon to see if he can arrange some kind of meeting with them and or address them on the state of Aggie Athletics

I'll be headed to Kent State. My brother lives up there about 45 minutes away from their campus.

I knew about it, but the video just pissed me off AGAIN. There are tons of lessons to be learned. I hope Coach Broadway gets to take the team to the Greenwood District and tell the story to a new generation. It's less than 10 minutes from the university.

Yeah...there are some people who don't need to go to work for a few days after watching this!
I still haven't been to Tulsa, yet. Every time I go to Oklahoma, it's to OKC for a Thunder game and I just don't get the time to go over to Tulsa. I'm planning on taking a family trip solely to Tulsa to visit Greenwood and all.

tulsa is just too far away for my taste. i’m already pissed with the airlines, so i don’t look forward to flying anymore. at least ohio is within driving range, though it’s a bit too far to drive to for me nowadays. but i might be willing to bite my lip and fly to ohio. i’ve driven thru ohio before in my younger days and though it was brief, i had a pretty good experience in ohio. passed thru columbus which is a straight up college town.
i’ll consider going to kent state, but tulsa is completely out of the question...

Also, Tulsa used to have a great nightlife along the old Route 66. Enjoy & good luck.

For all you guys planning to go to Kent State, let's stay in touch. I plan to drive but if my road partner (my wife ) doesn't want to go, I'll be looking for someone to ride shotgun. I've driven to Cleveland several times and it's a reasonable day trip.

Kent State is very likely. Tulsa was on my radar until I started looking at the cost of flights.

Has A&T's spring ball started yet? We've got a heck of a season ahead and every practice counts.
