Aggies Make Changes To Football StaffCourtesy: NC A&T Sports InformationGREENSBORO – The North Carolina A&T head football coach Rod Broadway made changes to his staff during the offseason. Broadway named Chip Hester as the new offensive coordinator. Hester replaces Rickey Bustle, who served as the Aggies offensive coordinator for two seasons (2013-14). These are VERY QUALITY additions to the offensive side of the football.......... If we still underachieve on the offensive side of the ball, I think it would be safe to say that Broadway isn't allowing his coaches to coach. If the 3rd offensive coordinator in 5 years doesn't pan out.......it's no longer an OC problem - it's an HC (ie. head coach) problem.
Again, very good additions......

Reading this article tells me two things
He was not happy in the decision making of the QBs
Also he was not happy with the offensive output. He wanted more.
That maybe the only reasons he fired Buster.
I can say this our Receiving group got much better last year without having a pure drop back passing QB and you have to credit Chip.
Can you imagine if we had a pure passer how well our Receivers would be.

Gator, I'm with you...that NCCU game exposed our offense. I know we had key players dinged up but I thought our offense would have performed better. Well that's old news now...let's hope the new OC can get the offense ready for the 2015 season.

It just got magnified in the NCCU game. We had bad offensive games throughout the year. Go back to the Elon, SCSU, and Savannah games. Our offense (especially at the QB position) was sputtering at inopportune times. It's 2015.....it's a new year with a new offensive staff. Hopefully this will be our year to separate ourselves from everyone else.....
