New Vice Chancellor for University Advancement Named Posted on 19 December, 2014 by Executive Director
Kenneth E. Sigmon, Jr., has been named vice chancellor for university advancement at North Carolina A&T. His appointment is effective January 1. For the past three years, Sigmon has been vice president of development for the Oklahoma State University Foundation. In that role, he has led a $1 billion capital campaign that reached its goal 18 months early. “It is an exciting time to be joining North Carolina A&T State University,” Sigmon said. “As a university built on a proud history and rich traditions, I am honored to be working under the leadership of Chancellor Martin, along with the Board of Trustees, the university team, and all of its alumni, volunteers and supporters to ensure it has an equally bright future under the strategic vision of Preeminence 2020.” He will serve as A&T’s chief fund-raising officer, responsible for leading the offices of Development, Alumni Relations and Advancement Services. He will report to the chancellor. See more at: www.ncatsualumni.org/main/new-vice-chancellor-for-university-advancement-named/#sthash.fUgkxDCv.dpuf

can't knock this selection given his resume'. but heck, it helps that t. boone pickens is an alum of osu and he donated $165 million to renovate their football stadium as well as add a multi-purpose indoor practice complex, new soccer, track and tennis facilities, a new equestrian center, a new baseball stadium and new outdoor practice fields.
maybe he can persuade ole billionaire t. boone pickens to slide a few duckies our way...

A decent choice on the 2nd search... We'll see if he can develop a strong team.
