Not sure where I read it, but if I am not mistaken, I think NCCU, SCSU, FAMU, HOWARD would always remain on our SCHEDULE , ant the remaining teams of the CONFERENCE will always rotate off, will see if I can find it.

I will be glad when this "rotation" crap ends. I want to play everybody in the conference every year. I never really understood why we went to this arrangement and it has been disappointing to not play schools like Norfolk and Cookman for two years. I hope the conference is working on expanding or contracting to correct this issue.

There's no way to avoid it...unless we booted Savannah St. and agreed to play 9 conference games...if we expanded and went to divisions, we'd see even less of them. The only school worth going after would be Tennessee St...and I don't see that move happening... Sent from my EVO using proboards

We also have teams that we don't play (or play only once) in basketball now. It is necessary for us to partition that Norfolk State stay in our permanent set of MEAC games...maybe switch them with FAMU, IMHO.

Thank you very much for that info. It looks like either we do a 9/5 home game... or we have no real bye. We'll also only have 5 home games... interesting schedule....

interesting that ssu had just rotated onto our schedule just 2 years ago and now they’re rotating off already? that’s kinda weird to me. nonetheless, coach is probably looking for a “cupcake” to play at home on 9/5 before driving up the road to chapel hill. we’ll probably need that 9/26 date as a bye week since there’s no other weekend we can do it other than 9/5 which really doesn’t help us a whole lot...

At Elon, shouldn't they come to Aggie Stadium next year?

At Elon, shouldn't they come to Aggie Stadium next year? Nope, from our perspective it was a [home, away, away, home] contract.

Wow Morgan is lucky to have SCSU and A&T off the schedule next year. It is also strange that Morgan-SCSU got clipped off after just getting back on the schedule. I hope we fight this but that Bethune Cookman- A&T game might be moved to Thursday night. I can see us calling the CIAA for that 1st game.(JCSU or St Aug is my guess).

Why is SSU rotating off again, they just rotated back on within the last two years, I thought it was Morgan and DSU rotating off............oh well, AGGIE PRIDE!

It is a given that we play NCCU & SCSU every year. If the info is correct about Howard and Famu also being permanent fixtures on the schedule,I think that is good as well. We should play game in the DMV every year. Hopefully Famu won't be down for long. Plus from branding perspective it make sense for them two to remain on the schedule. The Meac is home to 5 of the top Hbcus. I would not mind seeing BCU more regularly on the schedule.

Back-to-back trips to Tidewater again?
I know Broadway and Hilton threw a hissy the last time that happened.
