Sincere question here. Do yall think administration is killing the culture and traditions of the school to become more like a PWI? I wasn't happy when we stopped playing Aggie Spirit after scores...terrible decision by admin. Now administration is trying to limit the plots during GHOE. We have a terrible DJ and hype man during basketball games. When were losing we had more fun at basketball games. Lastly I wonder if our reserved section on the home side is too big. We need some younger people behind the bench. I really don't think there's a plan by the administration to do anything but have a safe and organized environment for fans and students to watch games. A&T's (and most HBCU'S) problem is the product they put on the field. Let's face it we haven't had much to cheer about for nearly two decades. Now I know we had one or two good teams during those years but not consistent. Like the years under Don Corbett or Bill Hayes. Moving folks around in the stands or playing different music isnt going to coverup a mediocre team. Let Broadway get on a roll and start dominating the MEAC and I think crowd reaction will improve. Pray that Cy can find at least two players that can hit a darn jump shot and Corbett gym may get livelier. Let's not blame the non athletes for inconsistent performance. Yeah, but we're culturally not very good fans at HBCUs.... unless there's a big game or constant winning. Even yesterday (with the cowbells), we couldn't match the NCCU fans when things started going south. We're too fair-weather. As fans, we should be meeting the student-athletes halfway. Otherwise, why shouldn't the better ones go to a place where there's more money and better fan support? Just sayin'....

m.youtube.com/watch?v=6-ekLg7IAVYI think the issue is our administration. ..again we had a losing basketball team and Corbett was rocking. Our basketball team was terrible and KEith had the dog pound and crowd rocking. Back then no team wanted any part of Corbett. Plots during GHOE have always been that crowded, the only change has been people are now dancing in the street.

If anyone can change, alter or kill a Cultural behaviour or behaviors it will be the Fans or Students not the Administration .
