May God keep and watch over him. My prayers go out to you and your family. I'll surely miss him as we use to watch football practice together.

Truly a down-to-earth man and a dedicated Aggie. Although I always saw him on campus and at the games, I didn't get to personally meet him until the game in LA against Prarie View. He was truly die-hard, because to stick with A&T thru the Fobbs era says a lot about you. Lil boy, I'm praying for you that you will make it thru these hard times with joy in your heart to know that your dad was a truly a great man.

I've really been devastated since hearing the news. Pretty much every Aggie sporting event I have been to over the past 8 years, I've been sitting or standing somewhere near Raleigh and his family.
A part of me always figured that he would be sitting next to me forever, just cracking a smile and telling me something crazy that had recently happened at A&T. He was the guy who would let me know all the gossip going on around the university and also the proud history of the school that many of us younger dudes had no idea about. Things like the time someone drove their car on the field during a football game back in the day. Or the time Marvin Gaye stayed in Greensboro for about a week and helped coached the football team.
Raleigh was always talking about A&T because it was important to him. It was his heart; his passion. He could care less about UNC, DUke or any other school.
To him, A&T was the center of the universe.

Raleigh was always taking about A&T because it was important to him. It was his heart; his passion. He could care less about UNC, DUke or any other school. To him, A&T was the center of the universe. That pretty much sums it up. RIP my friend...

Lil Boy, your father was a very dedicated Aggie. I met him back in the day when he first came to "T". He and I have been very good friends ever since. I will miss seeing him not only at sporting events but all types of Aggie events. He always called my name and shook my hand with a very strong grip. I really enjoyed when he brought you to our tailgate to visit and get something to eat. I will miss your Pops and his great smile. He was a very nice person and "True Aggie" to the bone.
