Considering that we were 0-11 each of the last two seasons, I would give this class an B.
I still wish we could have brought in some additional QBs and a real kicker.

Considering we were 0-11 last year and the year before and clearly haven't won a game in forever, A++. Fobbs has set finally got a toehold in-state, it's rumored he's chopped a little dead weight off the staff, it's rumored he's gotten an offensive coordinator...
He seems to be learning what we hired him to do in the first place. I'm impressed.

A+
Ditto for the 0-11 comments and the in-state toehold. Seems like he was reading this board, lol.

Seems like our $3500 was money well spent.

Seems like our $3500 was money well spent. sounds like Hillary Clinton's "victory speech" this weekend after her loss in four state primaries.

I must admit I'm impressed also (A). I will be more impressed if all show up in August (A+). I will be even more impressed if five or more are solid contributors this season(A++). Twenty-seven is huge number of players in one season? I guess that scholarship money is in the bank.

We won't know what this class is really like until the middle of 2009 season or the begining of 2010 season.
I guess two or three could be major contributors in 2008 season. I am not counting the juco QB. He should be ready for 2008 season.

I'm not sold on the JUCO quarterback. I think it will still be Miller's job to lose.

I feel the same way thrilla. Just looking at the film of the JUCO QB, he does not look any bigger that Miller, any faster or can throw any better. Miller probably has more experence than he does. Actually, if Miller's knee is okay now he is probably faster than the JUCO QB.

From the film I saw, dude had arm strength comparable to Ivan "The Terrible" Larrimore.

I still remember that wounded duck Ivan threw a couple of years ago during the Spring Game. The whole stadium busted out laughing.

It was good for an 0-11 team but overall I'd rate it a C.
