Man, I am sooooooooooo happy that Nate "The Skate" Isles made the practice squad of the World Champion Seattle Seahawks. There are 10 openings for each NFL team to use for their practice squads. Seattle chose to use 8 slots and "Baby Boy" Nate was one of those 8. What makes this sooooo significant is that "Baby" Nate was the only offensive lineman that Seattle kept for its practice squad.
I give thanks to "Baby" Nate for the effort he put into it to get as far as he has gotten. It goes to show you that Aggies know how to get it going on!!!!!!!!!
Keep pushing Nate and remember, "don't let the girls get you, playa".

Great news. I'm really excited for the big guy. To become part of the defending Super Bowl Champs as an undrafted rookie free agent is a remarkable feat.
Congratulations Nate!!!

it's surely a sign that our football program has turned the corner. 2 undrafted free agent aggies on nfl rosters shows how far our program has come since coach broadway came to town. and, very importantly, THIS HELPS RECRUITING BIG TIME! hopefully we'll have more aggies make the "big boy league" in the coming years. d'vonte grant might have a chance but as a strong safety instead of linebacker, he may be a little to small to play linebacker in the nfl unless he puts on some lean muscle weight...

I heard one Seattle SeaHawk coach rave about Nate and said he did not understand why Nate did not make All MAEC 1st team his senior year…although he was second team selection, this coach thought he was that good…
We need to remind our student/athletes of this fact, although Nate was from a HBCU…..they found him!
I am proud of our football program and the coaches, players, administration, fans and most importantly the parents for making the ultimate sacrifice to have us on the brink of glory again….Keep it up!
We have more NFL prospects on our team, now!
